Alastar: Halfling Ruler

This is ~cheeseman500's request of his OC, Alastar.

Alastar is the ruler of the Halfling kingdom. He is currently at a neutral stand in the three way war between the Halflings, Humans, and ShadowWalkers for the Affinity. He is a rare form of a werewolf called a Maneon. He is firm, intelligent, and strong with his beliefs.

He is a part of the forums.

This is only a sketch, since it was a request. This is also the first drawing of a three part request. I'll hopefully get the others done soon.
